Quite an interesting ramen with a surprising flavor
So admittedly, I bought this ramen because it looked kind of strange. I mean, what does sesame flavor really mean? and what is this "Egg Block" thing? It was actually a lot less strange than I thought it would be!
So this ramen comes with three packets, a soup packet, a spicy oil packet, and a yellow packet called the "Egg Block." I wish I got a picture of it but I forgot :P it just looked like a small piece of dehydrated scrambled egg. Honestly, it pretty much disappeared into the soup and I didn't really taste it/care for it
It comes with a pack of oil to add on top too
I really thought I was not going to like this ramen, but it actually wasnt that bad. I mean, I probably wouldn't get it again, but it had a lot more flavor than I expected. It actually kind of tasted a lot like Shin ramen even though it's not marketed as a spicy ramen nor does it look like one. I think the packet of oil is what adds the spice, so you could omit that or just add a little if you don't like spicy. You can taste the sesame flavor, but only because you know to expect it from the name of the ramen (It's not a leading flavor)
The noodle texture is just okay as well. I don't think I will go out of my way to buy it again but I do think it was worth trying!
